Angie Bourbonnais was raised in Northern Manitoba and is now proud to call Calgary her home. “In my free time. I just love to pick a trail and go for a hike in the mountains,” she says. “They’ve got some beautiful spots out here and beautiful lakes. There’s a lot to love about Alberta.”
She’s also found a home at Simplex Legal, where she was persuaded to join the team as a Senior Corporate Paralegal. “I’m open to learning new things, so I really wanted to be part of a truly collaborative team like this one,” she says.
Angie is a skilled problem-solver with extensive knowledge of corporate law across several provinces, and always keen to help clients and colleagues navigate the complexities of the legal system. She brings her passion for helping others to work each day, skillfully managing everything from incorporations and maintaining corporate minute books to preparing documentation for transactions.
In her spare time, and when not outdoors, Angie loves to experiment and problem-solve, with baking.
