What We Need

Technology Transactions Lawyer

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and in-house corporate legal department with a focus on technology transactions including IP licenses, joint development agreements, IP purchases and sales, and other strategic alliances.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements such as cloud agreements, hardware, software and consulting agreements.
• Data security experience.
• Must be available to start within a month.
• Admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada.
• Bilingual EN/FR (spoken and written) an asset.
