What We Need

Privacy Lawyer

• 5+ years as a subject matter expert providing legal advice on privacy, security, and data protection regulations.
• Experience and ability to draft, analyze, and advise in an effective manner in relation to complex cybersecurity or data protection projects and arrangements across different client and functional groups.
• Knowledge of standardizing policies, protocols, and training programs, including the associated documents such as vendor and client contracts; includes guiding various stakeholders, such as business and product development, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and procurement.
• Expertise drafting, negotiating, and revising privacy and data protection provisions.
• Admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada.
